What Is It?

The Impact Golf 28 Day Challenge is a 4 week programme focused on your golfing goals . So whether you are looking to hit it longer, straight or even both we will put together a series of golf drills and exercises to help get you there. Through the combination of a swing analysis and physical evaluation we will get a plan in place to help you acheive your goals.

Fully Customised

Through an analysis of your golf swing  and evaluation of your physical limititaions we will provide you with a 28 day programme – including swing drills and easy to perform daily exercises to help you get the most out of your game. 

Mobile

All programmes are delivered through our easy to use App. Includes full video of how to perform the swing drills and exercises that will get you flushing it in no time. 

Progressive

We will add additional drills and exercises after your first two weeks on the the challenge to make sure that you are progressing and creating the changes you need to be the best you can be on the course.

Marcus Wheelhouse

Marcus Wheelhouse is a former professional golfer, now one of New Zealand’s leading teaching professional. He is currently coaching New Zealands very own long hitter Ryan Fox and has been named New Zealand PGA Coach of the year for the past two years. .

Paul Greenwood

Paul became a Personal Trainer in 2004 and although his passion lay with football as a young Irishman, he started to work specifically with golfers in 2008. Over the past 10 years Paul has established himself as one of Australasia’s ‘go to’ golf strength and conditioning coaches, helping many Touring Professionals that have played on the US, European, Asian and Australasian PGA tours. He has worked with hundreds of amateurs ranging from the weekend hacker to the elite NZ Amateur.
